of professional experience with multi-national companies in the
industry of telecommunication, e-businesses, information and multimedia
publishing before joining Sing Tao News Corporation in 2000. Since
her appointment with the Group, Fanny has been responsible to oversee
the company's multimedia business of recruitment advertising and
successfully transformed JobMarket from print media to 4 full fledged
multi-media advertising services in recruitment and adult career

all of which operate under Job Market Publishing Limited.
A Fellow of The Chartered Institute of Marketing of United Kingdom,
Fanny is also the recipient of the 2006 HKMA/TVB Awards for Marketing
Excellence Distinguished Marketer Award. She is advisor to many
NGOs in Hong Kong, including UNESCO Hong Kong Association, The Agency
for Volunteer Service Hong Kong, The Peter F. Drucker Management
Forum and the Association of Professional Fund Raiser Hong Kong
Chapter and also a number of start-up social enterprises.
With her deep insight in the employment market and passion in advocating
career planning to young working adult, Fanny frequently appears
as guest speaker in media interviews and in higher education career
seminars including with University of Hong Kong, City University
of Hong Kong, The Polytechnic University of Hong Kong, Yin Jun Project
run by Education and Manpower Bureau of Hong Kong, NGO such as Hong
Kong Federation of Youth Group and Oxford Cambridge Career Fair
with the British Council.
Graduated from Imperial College of Science and Technology, University
of London, Fanny later advanced in executive management education
from University of California Berkeley, Tsinghua University in Beijing
and Stanford Law School. Recently completed her doctorate in Education
Management and Policy Studies of the University of Bristol, UK.
