Glenn Dittrich has been appointed Director GMU Smarter Workforce.

Glenn began his career selling Human Capital Management solutions in 1995. Glenn came to Kenexa as part of the BrassRing acquisition in 2006 where he was the Managing Director of Europe. Glenn has held several leadership positions in Kenexa, most recently as Vice President of Customer Service. In this role, he was responsible for the Talent Management subscription revenue base and growth across the globe. Glenn also led the development of Kenexa’s Talent Management SaaS service model where subscription renewals increased 19%, customer satisfaction increased 23% and new service sales of $13MM were recorded.

Previously, Glenn served as Director of European Operations, Kenexa, where he supported the growth of the business in new markets. During this period, Glenn built the highest performing service team with $3.4MM additional sales, 100% renewal rate, highly engaged employees and a 23% higher overall customer satisfaction score.

Prior to the BrassRing acquisition, Glenn served as general manager of BrassRing International.?In this role he led the expansion of the European market from start-up to a $7.9 million business.

Mr. Dittrich holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Miami University.
