Mr. Chris Frost, Managing Director, SHL Talent Measurement Hong Kong, CEB, is in charge of its business and operations in Hong Kong. Chris joined the talent field in 1998 and has been based in Hong Kong since 2008. His responsibilities include the directing of Senior Sales, PS, Finance and Customer First professionals to ensure Hong Kong has the right mix of skills, product knowledge, teamwork and performance to exceed the promises we make to customers.

Chris has particular experience delivering business improvements across many industry sectors through better management of talent and works hard to maintain a strong focus on connecting people with strategy and results.

Prior to re-joining CEB as Managing Director in April 2013, Chris spent two years as Director of Business Development for Managed Services with the HR BPO specialists Talent2. He led Talent2's sales development of customers for RPO and Managed Services across Asia.

That followed an initial five years with SHL Talent Measurement Hong Kong, CEB in various positions. Starting as Account Director in August 2006, in December 2009 he moved on to Sales Manager (HK & Greater China), then to Vice President - Sales from February 2010 to July 2011.
