Ms. Iris Cheng is the head of the organization & talent management, internal communication function in CLP Power Hong Kong Limited. Her current role involves strategic reviews on human capital strategies and she spearheads award-winning initiatives on workforce planning, leadership development, succession planning and employee engagement.

She started her career as a Management Trainee in MTR Corporation and her experiences range from HR account servicing to management training and talent development. Prior to joining CLP in Dec 2010, Iris was the Talent Management Manager in MTR where she led initiatives to widen and deepen MTR's talent pipeline for its Hong Kong and Mainland businesses.

Iris is an advocate of the "work hard play hard" philosophy and she enjoys working with and learning from people with different life experiences. She rejoices in leisure travel which gives her great opportunities to admire different cultures and the power of nature.

Iris holds a Bachelor degree in Business Administration and a Master degree in Law and Public Administration.
