Mr. Steve Chow has more than 30 years of human resources, people development and operational experience, from managing a workforce of 8000 to 20,000 employees. For more than 6 years, Mr. Chow was the HR Director simultaneously for two Hong Kong listed companies. He has developed a unique Strategic HR and Talent Management Model with aims to deliver quantifiable values in all HR works for the companies. The Model has won a number of HR, Training and Organization Development awards in Hong Kong, Asia and America.

Mr. Chow is currently the Managing Director of the TMS Consulting, Adjunct Professor in 3 universities in China sharing his strategic HR experience with MBA students. He is also the Fellow Member of the Hong Kong Institute of Human Resource Management and has been actively participated in the Institute’s activities.
