Agnes is a seasoned and senior Human Resources Executive. She has worked in multinational corporations across diverse industries such as Eaton Corporation, Phillips, WR Grace, Nike, National Semiconductor, Avery Dennison. Her geographical responsibilities have covered the Asia Pacific region; extending from Japan, Taiwan to Australia and India. She has a strong understanding of the diverse culture and HR practices of various Asian countries. In particular, Agnes has lived and worked at Shanghai for over 15 years which gives her sound and extensive knowledge and experience about the HR management at China.

 

Agnes is an all-round HR professional. She has always been a strategic HR business partner to the senior management in companies that she has served. Her particular expertise is in talent assessment and development, succession management and organization design.
