Vincent Tam currently oversees three core teams at his existing role, including corporate development for planning, implementing and managing corporate change initiatives, training and talent development, as well as internal audit. Mr. Tam has served New World Group for over 10 years with extensive experience in operational risk management, organizational development, and talent management. Prior to joining New World Group, Mr. Tam had worked in corporate banking for over 11 years.

 

In addition to his ACMA, CGMA, CPA, CPA(Aust.), ACA, CPFA and Chartered Banker designations, Mr. Tam is a full member of various professional bodies in the field of taxation, insurance, human resources, marketing, and quality management. He is also a holder of MBA, Master of Accounting and Postgraduate Diploma of Financial Services.
