Cancellation policy:
- All cancellations must be given in writing (sent by fax or via email) prior to the event. A follow-up call from delegate(s) or his/her/their representative is expected to reconfirm the cancellation.
- For cancellations on or before 26 November 2009, 50% of the enrollment fee (for each enrollment cancelled) will be forfeited.
- No refund will be given after 26 November 2009 but substitutions will be accepted.
- A-Performers.com is not responsible for the additional costs as a result of an alternation, cancellation or postponement of a conference.
