Ms. Agnes Wong, Senior Manager of Human Resources & Administration, shared that in 2007, the company established the "Hong Yip People Development Academy" with core values of "Proactive, Positive, Learning, Experience" to equip employees at various levels with the necessary skills and knowledge. The Academy received accreditation from the Hong Kong Council for Accreditation of Academic and Vocational Qualifications in 2010, making it the pioneering private entity to offer competency-based courses recognized under the Qualifications Framework (QF). To date, the Academy has successfully launched 24 QF-accredited courses across levels 1 to 4. The Academy's QF-accredited level 4 course was endorsed by the Property Management Services Authority (PMSA) in 2022 as meeting its mandatory requirement for the "Property Management Practitioner (Tier 2) License," significantly contributing to the company's long-term talent pool.
