"Since each client is assigned to a designated person, our employees need be available for calls from clients or job seekers even at home. Therefore, we implemented a four-day work week where the entire company takes Wednesdays off to compensate for employees' personal time."

Moreover, some positions adopt a 2+3 work schedule (2 days in the office, 3 days working from home). This flexible work arrangement allows employees to better balance work and life, reducing stress from long working hours and further improving job satisfaction and efficiency. "Since the implementation of the four-day work week in October 2022, business operations have been smooth without compromising corporate efficiency, and attrition rate for full-time employees recorded zero, demonstrating the success of our management and employee welfare!" Joe added.

P&S owns the largest recruitment cluster in Hong Kong, with over 300,000 networks and a talent database exceeding 20,000 registered individuals, enabling the company to quickly identify suitable candidates, hence reduce recruitment costs and time.
